Carl Muir of Epic Adventures needs no introduction, with a enviable reputation as the go to charter operator on the Eastern Coromandel. Carl grew up chasing kingi's, snapper and marlin with his family and friends. Later while decking and learning the charter trade in Vanuatu his dream to have his own fishing tourism business back home started to materialize. On returning home he has spent the last ten years jigging the pins outside & around the Alderman's out of his home port of Tairua.
As well as seeing his clients dealing to quality fish on a daily basis, Carl enjoys having the odd fish himself and from time to time escapes back to Vanuatu to jig and pop the tropics. Year round he sees what delivers results on the water and Action Imports jigs and top water lures are an essential part of his arsenal.
